Yes, absolutely! We provide product samples through our local offices (e.g., Egypt, Sudan, and other African countries). This allows you to test and verify the product before committing to a bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order depends on your location and available stock. In most cases:
- You can order from 1 ton onwards
- We recommend a 10-foot container as the ideal minimum for bulk supply and better logistics
How is pricing calculated?
Our quotes are based on FOB (Free On Board) pricing terms. This means the product cost includes loading onto the shipping vessel at the port of origin. Additional shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may apply based on your destination country.
Can I make payments locally?
Yes. In countries where we have a local office or distribution partner, we accept local currency payments. This simplifies the process and speeds up order handling.
When is payment collected?
